Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate as Kiddylicious Decor will not be responsible for merchandise sent to an incorrect address.  Deliveries will be made during normal working hours from Monday to Friday.

Kiddylicious Decor will endeavour to deliver your order within 5-7 working days.  If an item is out of stock you will be contacted and advised of an estimated delivery date.

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to use and we will endeavour to be as flexible as possible.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase ie., faulty workmanship, incorrect sizing or order quantity etc, we will happily offer you an exchange or refund.  Please notify us via email at info@kiddylicious.com.au within 5 working days to notify us of the reason for your return; we will then assist with an exchange or refund.

Products must be returned:

• Unused, unopened and in original condition and packaging
• Undamaged
• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• In sell-able condition
