When will my order be dispatched?

What happens if an item is out of stock?

We will always endeavour to fulfil customers orders to our best ability however where an item is out of stock it will be marked at 'out of stock' and no charge will be applied for that item on your credit card. We may be in contact to provide an estimated delivery time before dispatching your order.

Can you dispatch orders outside Australia?

Yes, we will be pleased to assist you with your enquiry.

Can I purchase Gift Vouchers?

Yes, we offer $20, $50 and $100 gift vouchers.

The recipient may receive these directly from Kiddylicious Decor, they will be notified of who has sent them the voucher. The recipient can also use part of their gift voucher for their delivery charge.

You will be asked to complete details through the shopping cart process.

How much does delivery cost?

A freight charge of $9.95 will be applied to your order.

Larger items such as furniture will incur an additional freight charge.  At the point of purchase into your shopping cart you will be advised that a Kiddylicious Decor staff member will contact you.  We will then provide you with a quote prior to dispatching your order.

Does my gift voucher expire?

Yes, your on-line gift voucher has a 12 month expiry from date of purchase.

What happens to my unused balance?

When redeeming your gift voucher purchase must be equal to or greater than the amount of the voucher, no unused balance will be available.

What is your returns policy?

Customer satisfaction is important to us and we will endeavour to be as flexible as possible.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase ie., faulty workmanship, incorrect sizing or order quantity etc, we will happily offer an exchange or refund.  Please notify us within 5 working days via email info@kiddylicious.com.au advising us reason for return, we will then assist with an exchange or refund.

Products must be returned:

  • Unused, unopened and in its original condition and packaging.
  • Undamaged.
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • In sell-able condition.

Where do I send returned goods?

Please contact Kiddylicious Decor via email and we will advise the return address. Please ensure your name, address and telephone number are enclosed with return to make sure we can process your request promptly.

Where goods have been identified as being faulty or incorrect we will credit the cost of postage to your credit card.

What is your refund policy?

We will either credit your credit card or provide replacement stock to the value of the original purchase.  The amount refunded will depend on the reason for return eg, if the product is faulty then we will credit the amount including freight.

Personal information provided by you is for the use of processing your order and to provide you with the best customer service.  We will always use customer details in accordance with the law and will not sell or pass on your information without consent.
